1.  Carriage.
(a) Unless requested otherwise all orders will be shipped via the best shipping method determined by the order size and configuration. Typically this takes between 3 - 5 days to arrive with you from the date we despatch your order.
(b) All orders will only be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.
(c) An extra charge will be levied to cover delivery and insurance costs and will be detailed in the checkout process.
(d) Should special delivery requirements be agreed, an extra may be charged to cover any overtime or any other additional costs involved.

2.  Returns & Replacement
Faulty or Wrong Goods Received
If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We may ask you to return these items, but if we do, we will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.

Wrong Quantity Received

Please let us know in a timely manner if the quantity received does not match your order and the delivery note / invoice. If the quantity is less, then we will immediately send the balance or make a refund if no more stock is available. If we have sent too many then we thank you in advance for your honesty; if we ask you to return the surplus items, we will refund your return postage on receipt of the items.

Your additional rights as a consumer.

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. However, CDs and Downloads are totally non refundable unless in the case of a clearly damaged or badly manufactured/faulty CD being received - goods will have to be returned and examined for damage.

3.  Ordering
Ordering from our site couldn't be easier.  Simply browse through our categories and make your selection of products and quantities and add them to your shopping basket.  You can easily check to see what's in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'shopping basket' link at the top of each page.  When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, simply click the 'checkout' link which is also at the top of each page to take you to our easy to follow checking out section - just as you would in your local supermarket.  Follow the simple instructions and enter your shipping, payment and address details and finally click on the 'place order' button and your order will be submitted for processing.

4.  Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We use PayPal for all our online payment processing.  It's fast, very secure and you don't even need to have a PayPal account, just a valid debit or credit card.  All our prices are in UK Pounds.  From time to time we may offer promotions or incentives for you to take advantage of to make your shopping experience with us more interesting and above all to save you money.
